We take great pride in the quality of our clothing, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will try to assist you with an exchange or refund.
All products must be returned in the original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.
Please send your item to us using traceable methods to ensure safe and documented delivery.
We can not offer refunds or exchanges if the garment doesn’t reach us and please be mindful of time frame deadline when selecting a return postage method.
Please note once an order has been shipped and Australia post tracking confirmation emailed to you, Sparkle Lily is no longer responsible for goods shipped.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on Sale items.
Exchange postage to and from the customer is to be paid for by the customer unless is by fault of Sparkle Lily.
Items sent within 10 days of receiving will be exchanged for another item chosen by the customer.
